Progressive experience in interlibrary loan, later as a department head, responsible for administration of interlibrary loan and document delivery service, circulation, reserve, electronic reserves, paperless document delivery and access, reference service, library and bibliographic instruction, collection development, web authorship and maintenance, hiring and training of library and student assistant staff, and active involvement in library service and administrative projects.
